In an exciting development for community health in Richmond, The Underground Kitchen Community First — better known as UGK Community First — has launched a new partnership with Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) Health that could change how our healthcare system tackles nutrition and chronic disease. This partnership is based on the success of Massey's In Cancer Care, Food is Medicine Thanksgiving and Christmas pilot initiatives with UGK.
